UPCOMING VACATION DATES
Both Dr. Tracy Peruch & Dr. Todd Smith will be out of the office starting Monday, May 27th 2024 & will return on Tuesday June 11th, 2024.
The office will be closed from Monday May 27th (Memorial day) until Wednesday June 5th as your #1 Medical Assistant Krista, will also be on vacation at that time.
Dr. Todd & Dr. Tracy will be out of the country, so checking messages is dependent on time & internet coverage. So, allow enough time to get back to you.
Please plan for the ordering of supplements & refills as there will be limited shipping & ordering during this time as well.

***All blood draws will now be done between 7:00am - 8:30am everyday at the appropriate location or the lab can come to your home or business FREE of charge. Just let us know what you prefer!***
