REMINDER: WE NOW CURRENTLY HAVE IN-HOUSE SUPPLEMENTS FOR PICK-UP OR SHIPPING. OUR OFFICE SUPPLEMENT ORDER IS PLACED EVERY FRIDAY AND RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING WEEK. WEEKLY PATIENT ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS. PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE FOR YOUR SUPPLEMENT ORDERS.

***All blood draws will now be done between 7:00am - 8:30am everyday at the appropriate location or the lab can come to your home or business FREE of charge. Just let us know what you prefer!***
